Blind Designers is seeking an organised and motivated Production Manager to coordinate our manufacturing operations.
 
Experience in operations, coordination, vendor/supplier management, administration, customer service or team leadership is welcome. Manufacturing experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
 
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily production activities, schedules and workflow.
Manage staff, allocate tasks and monitor productivity.
Coordinate suppliers, vendors, materials and inventory.
Monitor production quality, output and delivery timelines.
Identify and resolve operational issues and delays.
Coordinate equipment and maintenance requirements.
Maintain production records and performance reports.
Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and reduce waste.
Work with management, sales, warehouse and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in operations, coordination, vendor management or team supervision.
Strong organisation and communication skills.
Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Basic computer skills.
Willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
Training Provided
 
Full training will be provided in blind manufacturing, production processes, scheduling, materials, quality control, equipment and health & safety.
