About the Role
We’re on the lookout for motivated and reliable Blaster Painter's to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working across a variety of industrial projects, applying protective coatings and carrying out surface preparation to a high standard.

You’ll be part of a supportive crew that values safety, quality workmanship, and getting the job done right the first time.

Location

You will be required to work in Auckland, Northland, Bay of Plenty, Christchurch, Waikato, Taranaki, Wellington and Otago regions

Hours of Work

Our normal hours of operation are between 6am and 10pm, 7 days per week. This role is a 40 hours per week position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Surface preparation including sanding and abrasive blasting
• Preparing steel and other substrates for coating application
• Applying industrial coatings, including intumescent and fireproof coatings
• Operating and maintaining blasting and painting equipment
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Keeping work areas clean and organised

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in blaster painting

Pay conditions

Min $28 per hour to a maximum of $34 per hour.
