Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a Team Leader with some solid experience in residential/domestic and light commercial. You will have strong leadership skills, be the person who can organise, inspire, and motivate the team, and be great on the tools, as well as with paperwork and clients.

What We're Looking For:
  • EWRB Registered Electrician with current NZ practising licence
  • A problem-solver with strong technical and diagnostic skills
  • Both residential and light commercial experience is a plus.
  • Previous supervisor or management experience would be welcome.
  • Full NZ driver's licence (manual + auto)
  • Great attitude, customer service focus, and willingness to learn and grow
  • User of Job Management Software (eg. Fergus, Simpro) preferred.
  • Any experience with HVAC and SOLAR is highly advantageous!

What You'll Be Doing: Handling varied day-to-day electrical tasks for our valued clients. You will mainly be working in residential with some light commercial - it is varied work.... troubleshoot faults, install or repair wiring, perform maintenance, install new fixtures, conduct routine safety testing, and work with the wider team on longer-term and larger projects when required.
