About the Role 

You'll be operating a 6T excavator on a civil construction project, carrying out: 

  •  


Excavating to subgrade 

  •  


Final trimming of roads and footpaths 

  •  


Earthworks and site preparation 

  •  


Following project specifications and site safety requirements 

  •  


Daily machine checks and basic maintenance 

What We're Looking For 

  •  


Proven excavator operating experience 

  •  


Experience with final trim work 

  •  


Civil construction or earthworks background 

  •  


Strong health and safety awareness 

  •  


Reliable and able to work independently 

  •  


Good communication skills 

 

 

 

Essential Requirements 

  •  


WTR endorsements 

  •  


Full Class 1 Driver License 

  •  


Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test 

  •  


Legal right to work in New Zealand
