About the Role
This is a relationship-led business development and delivery role. You'll work closely with infrastructure clients to understand workforce needs, identify opportunities and deliver recruitment solutions that add real value.
 
You'll be responsible for:
  • Developing and growing client relationships across Southland, Otago and Central Otago
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Building a profitable portfolio within the infrastructure and industrial sectors
  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment and talent solutions
  • Providing market insights and workforce planning advice to clients
  • Representing Enterprise within the local business community and industry networks
 
About You
You may come from recruitment, business development, account management, sales or another relationship-focused skills background aligned to civil or trade industries where you've built trusted client partnerships and generated business growth.
 
To be successful, you'll bring:
  • A proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships
  • Strong sales, business development or recruitment experience
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach
  • Confidence engaging with decision-makers and business leaders
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
  • A genuine interest in people, business and the Southland & Otago market
