We are looking for a part-time stylist to join our team based at our Flagship store in Christchurch. This is your chance to join a global leader in the sustainable fashion sector and be a part of a company making a difference.

We are seeking a team member available on Saturdays 9am - 4pm, with the possibility of additional shifts based on store needs and availability.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations and contribute to the team's sales success.

The Role:

  • We are looking for a confident leader to take charge on the sales floor, driving sales success and fostering a positive, engaging work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by forming genuine connections with repeat customers, offering a high-end styling service and comprehensive breadth of product knowledge. Assist with in store administrative duties, including daily stock management and monthly stocktaking.
  • Contribute to overall store operational excellence with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
  • Maintain a high level of in store styling and housekeeping standards.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a genuine enthusiasm for fashion and sustainability - sustainability is at the very core of who we are and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are.
  • Be a motivated team player with a positive outlook and a drive to achieve team sales targets.
  • Have previous experience in a retail / customer service environment - This is essential.
  • Ideally experience selling luxury or high-value items to customers
