- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults across residential properties independently
- Carrying out tap and toilet repairs, hot water system servicing and replacement, blocked drain clearing, leak finding, and stormwater work
- Quoting on the spot and communicating clearly and confidently with homeowners throughout each job
- Identifying and recommending additional works where appropriate and relevant to the customer
- Managing your own daily schedule across your allocated area within the Brisbane to Sunshine Coast corridor
- Responding to after-hours and emergency callouts as part of the team roster
- QBCC plumbing licence or NZ equivalent
- Residential maintenance plumbing experience across taps, toilets, hot water systems, blocked drains, and leak finding, new build-only backgrounds will not be considered
- Confident, personable, and easy to get along with, the ability to hold a genuine conversation with a homeowner is as important as technical skill here
- Initiative and a give-it-a-crack attitude, candidates who call for help before attempting a solution are not the right fit
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule without close supervision
- Comfortable with after-hours and emergency callouts as part of the role
- Current driver's licence, on the road daily in a company vehicle
