We are looking for skilled and passionate 2 Beauty Therapist to join our team in Kaipoi, Canterbury region. If you take genuine interest in beauty and skincare, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This employment is on full time and permanent basis with 30 hours per week guaranteed. They pay for this role ranges between $25 - $30 depending on experience. You will be working as per a roster, so availability throughout the week is a must. 

The successful applicants will need to complete the following tasks: 

  • Perform a range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, eyebrow shaping, spray tanning and other beauty services.
  • Provide body treatments such as massages, body wraps and exfoliating scrubs.
  • Conduct skin consultations and analyses to identify clients’ skin types, conditions and treatment requirements.
  • Recommend personalised skincare routines and suitable professional beauty products based on clients’ individual needs.
  • Provide beauty enhancement services, including artificial nails and eyelash applications.
  • Perform cosmetic tattooing procedures where appropriately qualified and authorised.
  • Maintain accurate client treatment records and ensure all services are delivered professionally and consistently.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic and welcoming treatment environment.
  • Clean, sanitise and sterilise equipment and treatment areas in accordance with applicable health, safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and build positive, long-term relationships with clients.

We require the successful applicant to have: 

  • At least 1 years of experience, or level 4 or above qualification in relevant field
  • Friendly, professional and committed to providing excellent client care.
  • Confident performing a variety of beauty and skincare treatments.
  • Knowledgeable about skincare, beauty products and treatment procedures.
  • A personable attitude, with the ability to make conversation with a wide number of people from a wide number of backgrounds.
  • The ability to be punctual and have a good attitude is a must.
