Beauty Therapist

Responsibilities:

·       Discuss clients’ beauty needs, assess their skin condition and recommend suitable treatments.

·       Provide facial therapies and skincare treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, masks and other non-invasive beauty treatments.

·       Perform facial and hand massage as part of facial and specialised hand treatments.

·       Evaluate the effectiveness of beauty treatments and products and provide appropriate aftercare advice.

·       Provide nail services if required, including manicures, pedicures, nail polish, basic nail art and other hand treatments.

·       Perform lash treatments if required, such as lash extensions, lifts and tints.

·       Advise clients on skincare, hand care, nail care, lash care and suitable beauty products.

·       Manage bookings, arrange appointments and maintain accurate client records.

·       Keep all treatment areas, tools and equipment clean, hygienic and organised.

·       Provide professional and personalised customer service to build positive, long-term client relationships.

·       Keep up to date with relevant beauty treatments, techniques and products.

Requirements

-      A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in providing a range of beauty treatments

-      Flexible to work from Monday to Sunday

-      Strong knowledge of beauty products, techniques, and trends.

-      Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

-      Attention to details and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

-      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

-      No criminal record, hardworking and reliable
