Support Senior Account Managers to deliver major client projects from quote to invoicing and delivery

Great Culture | Well-Known Brands | Plenty of Variety

Join an established manufacturing business where you'll work alongside experienced Senior Account Managers, supporting major clients and well-known brands.

This is a busy and varied role where you'll be part of the wider team — working with clients, Account Managers and an on-site manufacturing team.

Why You'll Love It

  • 40-hour week with the flexibility to avoid peak-hour traffic
  • Free parking with easy access from South & East Auckland suburbs
  • A genuinely supportive and collaborative team
  • Plenty of variety — no two days are the same
  • Work with major clients and well-known brands
  • Opportunity to develop and progress
  • Competitive salary

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Senior Account Managers, you'll be involved in:

  • Liaising with clients and building strong relationships
  • Managing artwork, quotes, orders and invoicing
  • Coordinating with production and other internal teams
  • Working with pricing, coding and sales forecasting
  • Keeping projects on track and ensuring the detail is right
  • Helping resolve issues when things don't go to plan

What We're Looking For

You'll be organised, commercially minded and great with people, with the confidence to get involved and make things happen.

You'll bring:

  • Excellent administration and IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence with numbers, systems and data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A confident phone manner
  • The ability to manage competing priorities
  • Initiative and a practical approach to problem-solving
  • A willingness to learn and develop

Ideally, you'll have experience in print, packaging, labels or a similar manufacturing environment. You'll understand that this is a fast-moving industry where deadlines matter, details are critical and strong communication is essential.

Previous sales support, customer service or account coordination experience would be ideal, but having the right attitude is just as important.

If you have a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a similar field, this is a chance to put what you've learned into practice — working with brands, customers and commercial decisions every day.

If you're looking for a great team, flexibility, variety and the opportunity to build on your existing industry experience, we'd love to hear from you.
