As Clubhouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse, ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction. You will provide leadership to the clubhouse team while fostering a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the luxury standards of our 5-star resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clubhouse and food & beverage operations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensure all clubhouse facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering requirements.
• Handle member and guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
• Support golf events, tournaments, and special functions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
• Maintain excellent communication with Golf Operations, Culinary, and Resort departments.

About You

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, club operations, luxury hotels, golf clubs, or resorts.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in food and beverage operations is highly desirable.
