Mastery Construction Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Site supervisor to oversee and coordinate carpentry and construction activities on residential and commercial building projects.

Requirements:

  • at least 3 years of relevant construction/ site supervision experience or 
  • a relevant level 6 or above construction qualification 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate carpenters and other constrution workers on site 
  • Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress 
  • Read and interpret building plans, specifications and construction drawings 
  • Coordinate materials, tools, equipement and labour requirements
  • Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure work is completed to required standards
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project management 
  • Monitor project progress and report any issues to management 
  • Ensure site health and safety requirement are followed 
  • Assist with resloving construction and site-related issues 
  • Maintain a safe, organised and productive work site 

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week and Maximum 55 hours per week
