Job description Diary Herd Manager

 Milk cows and identify health issues such as mastitis andlameness
 Maintain cleanliness in the milking shed and surroundingenvironment
 Confident in both two and four wheeled motor bikes
 Assist with daily feeding management like setting up temporalfences
 Must be able to follow simple instructions and be self-motivated
 Have good communication skills in dealing with other staffs
 A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

Avg Hrs/WK 40
Rostered Time off Single rotation (8 days on/ 2 days off)
Remuneration $35 per hour

On-Farm Staff 4

 Generally flat contoured farm in the Matamata -Piako District
 50 ASH shed
 Located 15 minutes from Morrinsville and 45 minutes from Hamilton
 School bus by the gate
