Position Title: Retail Supervisor
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Bay of Plenty, Western Bay of Plenty
Pay Rate: $28 – $32 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 50 hours per week

Key Requirements:

At least 2 Year's of Experience OR Level 4 Qualification.

(Entry Level - 6months - 2 years)

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day activities

Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties

Interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, dismissing and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances

Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed

Supervise and support staff during shift

Coordinate takeaway, collection and delivery order

Ensure food is presented and served to a high standard

Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the manager

Receive and check deliveries when require

Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standard

Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedure

Train and support new team member

Open and close the shop, including cashing up when require

Assist with roster management and staff breaks

Help achieve sales, service and operational targets
