About the Role
We are seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our team in Wellington. This role offers multiple opportunities, including working on residential, commercial, and architectural scaffolding projects. You will be an integral part of our skilled team, contributing to the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures across a variety of sites.

What You'll Be Doing

• Erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems on construction sites
• Preparing scaffolding materials and ensuring safe and secure installations
• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines while working at heights
• Collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure projects run smoothly
• Inspecting scaffolding and making necessary repairs or adjustments
• Ensuring the highest standard of work is maintained on every project
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Transporting and managing scaffolding materials on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of relevant scaffolding experience (qualification preferred but not compulsory)
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong commitment to safety practices and attention to detail
• Experience with both residential and commercial scaffolding projects
• Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
