We are a well-established massage and wellness business located in Queenstown, providing professional massage services to local residents and visitors. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Massage Shop Manage for our team.
Requirements
Applicants must have either:
• At least 2 years of relevant management or supervisory experience in the massage, beauty, wellness, hospitality or customer service industry;
OR
• A Bachelor's degree (NZQF Level 7 or equivalent) in any discipline.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the massage shop to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
• Supervise, support and coordinate massage therapists and reception staff.
• Prepare staff rosters and allocate daily duties.
• Recruit, train and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and relevant industry regulations.
• Handle customer enquiries, bookings, feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor business performance and implement strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage stock levels and order massage products, consumables and other supplies.
• Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational reports.
• Coordinate promotional activities and assist with marketing initiatives.
• Ensure the premises are clean, well-presented and maintained to a high standard.
