Commercial Cleaner

Job tasks and Responsibilities:

• Dusting ceilings, countertops, polishing furniture, fixtures, and light fittings.
• Applying necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces in order to easily and effectively remove stain and dirt.
• Vacuuming Carpets
• Complying with all safety policies and procedures that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks.
• Carrying out cleaning duties with the aid of necessary equipment.
• Taking and handling special requests for clients or customers as required appropriately.
• Carefully handling and operating all cleaning machinery according to protocol.
• Identifying and reporting all safety equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor or management.
• Cleans floors, rooms, cabins including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming. dusting, burnishing, spot cleaning, glass cleaning, window cleaning etc.
• Remove rubbish, empty bins, waste bins, replaces liners.
• Sanitize appropriate areas as described in the job details.
• Polishing floors and maintain it as required
• Any other duties that may be asked from time to time

• Clean Criminal History
• Good attention to detail
• Can-do positive attitude
• Have an awareness and commitment to following all health and safety work practices
• Flexible with warking hours
• Ability to travel reliably to and from the workplace.

Experience or Qualification:-

Qualification or Work experience is not required for this role as full on the job training will be provided.

Hours and Position:-

It is a full time permanent position with minimum 30 hours per week.

Hourly Pay Rate: - $25 to $27 per hour
