The qualified infrastructure services company is seeking experienced rope access qualified bridge inspectors to join the team. 

The role is responsible for delivering structural inspections, assessing asset condition, and identifying cost-effective maintenance solutions to support the safety, reliabitliy and performance of critical transport ingrastructure. 

Key responsiblities: 

  • conduct routine, reactive, and detailed structural insepctions in accordance with NZTA standards
  • collect, analyse, and report asset condition date to support asset management decisions
  • identify and recommend maintenance and renewal solutions for structural assets
  • support the planning and delivery of structural investigations and inspection programmes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in structural inspection, engineering, or a relevant trade
  • IRATA Rope Access qualification
  • At least one PCN/AINDT NDT certification(MT or UT)
  • Current Full Driver Licence

Desirable Skills & Certifications:

  • Diploma or higher qualificaiton in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering
  • AMPP/NACE Level 1 or 2
  • NZTA Bridge Inspection Course (or NZTA exemption)
  • EWP operation including truck mounted boom lift and confined space certification
