Be part of our continued success! We're looking for a permanent Inventory Controller to join our Supply Chain team in Wiri. Working closely with the Inventory Manager, you'll help keep inventory accurate, systems effective and warehouse operations running efficiently. You'll investigate variances, returns and write-offs while driving improvements that reduce costs and deliver better results.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Health, Safety and Wellbeing in line with PepsiCo values and policies.
  • Work with key teams to achieve Inventory accuracy and Business KPIs.
  • Manage Stocktakes, Inventory reconciliations and Variance Investigations across NZ sites.
  • Coordinate Customer Returns, Credits, Stock Rotation, Aged Stock and Write-offs.
  • Support SAP/WMS Processes, Reporting and System troubleshooting.
  • Ensure Inventory controls, Documentation and Quality requirements meet PepsiCo standards.
  • Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Supply Chain or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years' Logistics or Inventory management experience, with strong knowledge of inventory processes.
  • SAP WM/IM and WMS experience, with exposure to ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Stock Picker licence required.
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and use sound judgement.
