Claims Specialist
Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Claims Specialist to play a key role in delivering an exceptional claims experience. In this role, you'll triage and register new claims for the team while managing your own liability portfolio. You'll assess policy coverage, investigate claims, and negotiate resolutions with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.
Reporting directly to the National Claims Manager – Long Tail, you'll manage a commercial liability portfolio. You'll join a supportive, collaborative team environment where people genuinely enjoy working together to get things done. Key responsibilities include: triaging and registering claims for the long tail team, which will provide exposure to our vast liability and financial lines books of business; proactively managing your own portfolio of general liability claims through to resolution; building strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear communication and a values-led approach; identifying opportunities to reduce claims costs and leakage, while promoting a strong risk management culture.
