Technician

Eagers Automotive, employing over 8,000 team members across 250 dealerships within Australia & New Zealand, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Qualified Automotive Technician to join their reputable team working in their Grey Lynn Service centre. One of the most important roles across the group, as a technician, you are keeping their valued customers safe on the road whilst trusting them with their vehicle. The successful applicant will be able to display the following attributes:

  • At least two years' experience working as a qualified technician
  • Demonstrated experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults and performing automotive vehicle services
  • WOF certification is preferable, but not a must
  • Ability to problem solve, troubleshooting skills and a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and diagrams accurately
  • Full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Calm under pressure and enjoys a challenge
