Hudson Enterprises Limited is seeking a professional and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join its team in Manawatū-Whanganui region. The successful candidate will have strong communication, organisational, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a recycling and metal recovery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders by providing professional assistance and ongoing service support in relation to metal recovery, recycling and related services.
• Respond to client enquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner while ensuring appropriate resolutions are achieved and client service expectations are met.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure client documentation, service requests, material collection or delivery arrangements, and related processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor customer service activities and identify opportunities to improve service quality, workflow efficiency, and overall client experience across the company’s recycling and metal recovery services.
• Maintain accurate client records, service documentation, reports, and correspondence in accordance with company procedures and relevant environmental, recycling, and industry requirements.
• Prepare and review client-related documents, reports, and communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business standards and agreed service requirements.
• Handle client account management and support the company’s client acquisition process by maintaining existing business relationships, identifying client requirements, and coordinating appropriate service information.
• Supervise and support customer service and administrative staff to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service expectations.
• Ensure all customer service operations are carried out in compliance with company policies, confidentiality obligations, and relevant industry, environmental, health and safety, and service standards.
Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $35 to
$45 per hour.
Other Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required in client relations or in any supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a high standard of service at all times.
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational, administrative, and record-keeping abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and other business-related requirements as required.
