work is within your skills and lawful authority.
 Programming and configuring machine operating parameters, control systems
and initial machine settings.
 Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance and safety inspections.

required documentation in accordance with MEIKO standards.
 Reporting customer complaints, recurring equipment faults and significant
technical issues to the Service Manager.
 Providing customers with technical advice, operational guidance and basic
training on the correct use and care of MEIKO equipment.
 Advising customers on servicing requirements for dishwashing systems,
washer-disinfectors and associated chemical-dosing systems.
 Maintaining the company vehicle, tools and equipment in good working condition.
 Assisting with loading and unloading machines and spare parts where
reasonably required.

As our Field Service Technician, you will work under the direction of the Service

 Experience repairing and replacing defective components and test-operating
equipment following repairs.
 Sound electronic, electrical or mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
 Good organisational and time-management skills.
 The ability to work independently in the field while reporting to and working
under the direction of the Service Manager.
 Good customer-service and communication skills.
 Accurate record-keeping and service-reporting skills.
