We’re looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson who is highly proficient in Revit and BIM to join a busy and growing team in Otago.

You’ll be working on a range of projects, producing accurate drawings and models from concept through to construction documentation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strong Revit skills and solid understanding of BIM
  • Experience producing detailed architectural drawings and documentation
  • Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and detailing
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Relevant architectural drafting experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter, Technologist, or Technician
  • Strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of BIM methodologies (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated experience producing detailed architectural drawings and documentation packages
  • Excellent ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing
  • High attention to detail, precision, and accuracy in all technical output
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical details clearly
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
