About the Role
You will play an important day to day role in the production of concrete, ensuring quality standards are maintained while supporting the safe and efficient operation of the site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Concrete production and batching operations
- Monitoring and maintaining product quality
- Conducting concrete testing
- Site maintenance and preventative maintenance activities
- Truck service management
- Supporting health, safety, and environmental management processes

To be successful in this role, you'll be someone who:
- Reliable and responsible
- Had experience working with concrete or in a similar industry before ideally
- Confident with numbers and calculations
- A strong communicator
