As we continue to expand our Ground Engineering and Tunnelling capability, we're seeking talented professionals for our planned major growth across 2027. We are interested in hearing from professionals at all career stages, from emerging and developing professionals through to experienced specialists, project leaders and technical experts.

We welcome expressions of interest from candidates who bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience or strong interest in Ground Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering and/or Tunnelling
  • Exposure to water, civil, transport, underground or major infrastructure projects
  • Strong collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Professional registration, Chartership (CPEng) or equivalent recognised experience (desirable)
  • The ability to contribute technically and strategically across projects, programs and client relationships
