Commercial Cleaner

Qualifications & experience

• We are looking for 5 dedicated commercial cleaning staff to join our team in Hamilton and Paeroa, Waikato Region.

• Working hours are scheduled between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM. To be considered for this role, you must be physically fit, hold a full driver’s license, and be able to pass both criminal and drug checks.
• The position offers a pay rate of $24.00 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours and up to 40 hours of work per week.

• -Ability to pass a drug test and MOJ criminal check.

Job Description:

The main responsibilities and duties of the position offered are as below but not limited to, and may be changed from time to time:

• Undergo training and understand the company’s policy on work shifts,
• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas.
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, machine scrub,

Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks.

• Empty and clean scrubber, mop, bucket, and pads;
• Attach clean buffing pad/s to buffer;
• Burnish the entire floor ensuring a slight overlap;
• Remove the pad and clean – clean buffing machine.
• Clean and wipe down doors and disinfect;
• Cleaning windows and other glass surfaces
• Removing waste and placing it in waste bins.
• placing hazard board, cones, and others as required on

work site.

• Clean and disinfect urinals including drain holes, all bowls, hand basins, both inner and outer surfaces, seats, and lids.
• Replenish toilet paper, hand towels, and soap from Progressive Stock.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required.
• Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to the supervisor.
