Coordinate and optimize stock flow to support telecommunications field operations in Wellington

Logistics Specialist

As a Logistics Specialist, you'll support our Telecommunications operations by ensuring equipment, materials and consumables are available when and where they're needed. Working within a small Wellington-based team, you'll coordinate stock movements, warehouse activities and logistics administration. You'll work closely with field teams, technicians, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.

You'll enjoy:

  • Managing inbound and outbound stock, including receipting, picking, packing and dispatch
  • Processing purchase orders and inventory requests accurately and on time
  • Maintaining inventory records and supporting stocktakes and audits
  • Coordinating equipment, material and consigned stock movements and returns
  • Building strong relationships with field teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Improving logistics processes while maintaining a safe, organised warehouse

We're looking for a practical and systems-focused logistics professional who enjoys delivering reliable service and keeping operations organised.

Ideally you'll have:

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management or stock control
  • Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Strong planning, communication and attention to detail
  • A current full New Zealand driver licence
  • A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
