Due to continued success, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their high-performing team in Wellington.
This role offers plenty of variety, from new build projects through to fit-out and refurbishment work, while giving you the opportunity to lead site teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive successful project outcomes.
 
What's involved?
  • Managing day-to-day site operations from start to finish
  • Leading site teams and subcontractors
  • Driving programme delivery, quality, and safety outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Coordinating resources, materials, and site activities
  • Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
 
What we're looking for
  • Proven Site Management experience within commercial construction
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent planning, communication, and organisational abilities
  • A proactive approach and ability to solve problems effectively
  • At least 2 years’ experience in NZ commercial builds is essential
