About the Role This is an ongoing temp assignment (through to Christmas, possibly longer) for a hands-on Dispatch & Inwards Team lead who can lead a small team, tidy up processes, and bring structure to a busy 3PL operation.

You’ll oversee inwards goods, dispatch, inventory flow, and ensure the warehouse is operating efficiently and accurately, making sure all the numbers match up

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Running inwards goods and dispatch end-to-end
  • Leading and motivating a small warehouse team
  • Ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time
  • Improving workflow, structure, and daily routines
  • Using WMS and SAP confidently
  • Working within a 3PL environment with multiple clients
  • Keeping the warehouse organised, safe, and moving smoothly
  • Forklift cert and experience are a plus

What You’ll Bring
  • Strong experience in dispatch, inwards goods, or warehouse coordination
  • Proven ability to lead a team and lift performance
  • Solid WMS and SAP experience
  • Background in 3PL or fast-paced warehousing
  • Someone who can step in and get things running properly
  • 3+ years experience
  • Available for an immediate start

Role Details
  • Location: Avondale
  • Pay: $30–$35 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Type: Temp role with no set end date 
  • Start: ASAP
