Experienced Thai Massage Therapist Wanted

• Job Title: Full-Time Thai Massage Therapist
• Pay: Hourly $26.99 - $35

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage bookings and schedules for clients.

• Consult with clients to understand their requirements and specific areas of concern.
• Apply appropriate Thai massage techniques to address client needs. Recommend ongoing treatments to enhance clients’ well-being.
• Utilise additional resources such as oils, hot stones, compression pads, and massage pillows to enhance the massage experience.
• Work closely with the business owner on promotions and special deals. Perform general massage therapist duties, including greeting clients, preparing the workspace, and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Handle client records, cash, and EFTPOS transactions as required.
• Assist with shop operations, including bookings, cleaning, folding linens, and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A Level 5 relevant qualification, or at least two years of relevant work experience in Thai Massage.
• Experience with online booking systems (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Proficiency in traditional Thai massage techniques with a focus on delivering top-quality service (preferred).

Additional Information:

• Flexible working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 7 days a week (as rostered), with fortnightly Monday closures.
• Minimum guaranteed hours: 30 hours per week, with the option of working up to 40 hours.
• At least one weekend day is required.
• 1-2 days off per week, based on your preferences.
