Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
* Provide friendly and professional customer service
* Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation
* Process cash and EFTPOS transactions and operate the POS system
* Assist with stock handling, displays, and replenishment
* Support the day-to-day operations of the business
* Build positive relationships with customers and help achieve sales targets
* Assist with warehouse duties and stock movement when required

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of sales or retail experience is required
* Strong sales and customer service skills
* Previous experience in a similar retail role is highly preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Flexible and willing to work across different locations, including our warehouse and retail store, depending on business requirements
* Applicants must be comfortable travelling between work locations when required

Language Skills:
As we serve a diverse and multicultural customer base, including Bangladeshi, Indian, and local English-speaking customers, applicants who can communicate in Bangla, Hindi, and English are highly preferred. Knowledge of additional languages may also strengthen your application.
