Interlink Construction Limited is well-established new builds and commerical builds company lead by LBP Builder, Bryan who is reputated in Churton Park Community. Due to the business is now having many new builds and commerical projects are undetaking, Interlink Construction is ugrently need a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join the company.

 

Ideal candidate must have the following:
- At least 3 years relevant work experience, or a level 4 (or above) relevant qualification in construction or trade is required.
-Must be able to work on weekends, at least be able to work on Saturday.
-Long term and full commitments
- Time Management and excellent team works
- Handle tasks individual without supervision

Job Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans.
  • Prepare project work procedure and determine dimensions and materials required.
  • Plan the order and selection of timbers and other materials, and prepare layouts.
  • Shape and cut materials to specified measurements, using hand or power tools.
  • Assemble and nail prepared parts to form frameworks or structures for constructing buildings or internal fittings.
  • Erect roof and window framing, build internal walls and partitions, make staircases and layout sub-flooring/floorboards.
  • Build and install stairways, doors and window boards and fascia panels.
  •  Remove and repair existing fittings, conduct renovation and maintenance service for the wood structures.
  •  Complete concrete formwork when required.
  • To be able to work with plastic laminates and metal materials when required.
