Rightmove Recruitment is seeking practical, hardworking people to join a specialist flooring and coatings contractor working across Auckland and the wider Upper North Island.
The work involves installing durable flooring and protective coating systems in commercial and industrial environments. Projects will vary, so we’re looking for applicants who are adaptable, take pride in their workmanship and are comfortable working away from Auckland when required.
Applicants with epoxy/resin flooring or waterproofing experience will be highly regarded.

Applicants with epoxy/resin flooring or waterproofing experience will be highly regarded.
What you’ll be doing Depending on your experience, your work may involve:
- Preparing concrete floors using grinders and specialist surface-preparation machinery
- Repairing cracks, holes and damaged areas before coatings are applied
- Measuring, mixing and installing resin-based flooring products
- Applying floor coatings, sealers and protective finishes
- Assisting with waterproofing applications
- Using power tools, hand tools and flooring equipment safely
- Keeping work areas tidy and following site safety requirements
- Working with the team to achieve the required finish within project timeframes
We’re interested in hearing from applicants with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Epoxy or resin flooring
- Polyurethane or MMA flooring systems
- Waterproofing applications
- Concrete grinding and surface preparation
- Protective or industrial coatings
- Industrial or commercial painting
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Good physical fitness and the ability to complete manual tasks
- A reliable attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to follow instructions and work effectively with others
- Flexibility to travel for out-of-town projects when needed
