We are looking for energetic and vibrant individuals to help us Enchant the World with Chocolate within our Retail stores. More importantly, we're looking for diverse personalities where everyone is comfortable to be themselves.

About the Role

As a Retail Store Team Member at our Queenstown store, you will support our Lindt Chocolate Shops by spreading the word about the wonders of Lindt by:

• Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience
• Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar
• Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
• Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all

We Are Looking For Individuals Who:

• Love Lindt Chocolate!
• Have previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment
• Put their heart into everything they do and can talk the language of chocolate
• Have a passion for excellence and can provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience
• Previous barista experience desirable
• Flexibility to work hours that suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends
