Food & Beverage Attendant / Bartender

Oaks Wellington Hotel are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a part-time basis. This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays. As a valued team member, you will contribute to memorable guest experiences by: accurately taking and processing guest food and beverage orders, demonstrating strong menu knowledge and confidently making recommendations, delivering professional, efficient and friendly table service, providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.

Shift details (subject to change): flexible schedule required across Monday to Sunday, split shifts will be required on some days, part-time position, minimum 15 hours per week.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate: previous experience as a bartender will be highly regarded, a warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude, proven experience delivering high-quality customer service, previous experience in a waitstaff or bartender position, professional presentation and exceptional communication skills, reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
