Truck Driver

PRABHI ABBUPURIA INVESTMENT LIMITED, is an established courier delivery company. You’ll be an essential part of the team, ensuring all of our online shopping deliveries safely right to our customers' doorsteps.

The ideal candidate must have good customer service skills, be presentable and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Delivery Drivers are expected to work a minimum of 30 - 35 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.

Pay Rate: $ 26.00- $ 28.00

Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate a truck to transport goods to customer locations.

Deliver goods on time and in excellent condition.  

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and professional delivery of goods.

Navigating driveways, hills, stairs and more to get our customers’ orders to their doors.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups.

May need to help load the truck.

Inspect and maintain the truck regularly to ensure it is in good working condition.

Maintain a clean and organised truck interior and exterior.

Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.

Job Requirements:
1. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Presentable and professional appearance.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Good time management skills and ability to meet delivery schedules.
6. Physically fit and able to lift up to 15 kgs.
7. Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety guidelines.

All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice check when required.
