Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to expand our lending volume. You will strengthen our brand presence in the commercial lending sector while ensuring that all promotional activities remain fully compliant with New Zealand financial regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Build and utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage marketing leads
  • Analyse CRM data to improve customer retention and satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Analyse data to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Develop creative designs for promotional materials and marketing collateral
  • Manage social media platforms, and creating posts to increase engagement
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity
  • Advocate for the brand in all marketing activities and communications
  • Liaise with clients and other relevant stakeholders to assist with furthering the marketing activities
  • Track expenses and report on budget performance
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports
  • Ensure all actions strictly adhere to local financial regulations

 

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in a similar role, OR tertiary qualification in a related field such as marketing, business, sales
  • Experience with commercial lending or real estate development timeline is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and social media management platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills
