Old Mill Estate Wines (NZ) Limited based in Dairy Flat, Auckland specialises in providing a range of premium wine. We are looking for one digital marketing officer to join our team.
You will be working at our office in Dairy Flat to perform your duties. You will work a minimum of 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday as normal hours of work. Please note this is a permanent full-time role and the hourly pay rate would be $24.00-$24.00 based on the candidates' skills.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies uniquely designed for "J HIPI" wine products to
maximize revenue and customer loyalty, setting clear sales targets and monitoring
performance.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns that showcase the excellence of our vineyard
and "J HIPI" wine offerings, ensuring consistent branding and messaging, and producing
marketing collateral that highlights the distinct qualities of our wines.
• Establish and reinforce a strong brand image for "J HIPI" wine products, actively
managing the organization's reputation, responding to customer feedback, and
engaging with the public to showcase our expertise in viticulture and winemaking.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the wine industry, including clients,
suppliers, and distributors, identifying partnership opportunities that align with our "J
HIPI" brand and its premium quality.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the viticulture and wine sectors,
both domestically and internationally, while effectively managing supplier relationships
to ensure the excellence and availability of "J HIPI" wine products.
• Conduct market research specific to wine products to inform product development and
marketing strategies, staying updated on industry regulations and emerging trends that
enhance the reputation of "J HIPI."
• Develop and manage budgets for sales, marketing, and business development activities,
with a focus on optimizing resources for the promotion and growth of "J HIPI" wine
products.
• Lead the sales team and actively participate in selling "J HIPI" wine products in the
target market, providing tailored coaching, training, and performance evaluations that
align with the unique characteristics of "J HIPI" wine offerings.
• Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback specific
to "J HIPI" wine products, analyzing data and presenting findings to senior management
with a focus on elevating the brand's reputation and growth within the wine industry.
Key Requirements for Successful Applicants:
At least three years of relevant work experience in the marketing field, or a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business or Management.
The ability to communicate in additional languages commonly used in Asian markets (such as Mandarin or other Asian languages) is preferred, as Asia is one of the company’s key target markets.
Punctual and reliable with a positive can-do attitude will be key in this role. A positive and willing attitude to learn and progress.
