The Opportunity

Chemist Warehouse South Dunedin is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-time Term Retail Coordinator!

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Retail Manager in a co-ordination and supervisory capacity of employees and day to day store activities.
  • Managing the floor staff during the evenings
  • Coordinating staff recruitment if required
  • Coordinating staff training and development activities
  • Supporting and contributing a cooperative organizational culture
  • Assisting with customer service queries
  • Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
  • Ensuring organizational policies and procedures are followed
  • Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety

Effective supervisory, leadership and people management skills

Efficient problem-solving skills

Proficiency in using computer systems

Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication skills among all stakeholders

Dedicated work ethic

Eye for detail and accuracy

Certifications

S2 & S3 trained applicants highly regarded

Certificates I - III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
