S & G Botany Ltd, T/A Smart Supermarket, is located in East Auckland. We offer a wide range of groceries and other products that meet your daily needs. We now need a Marketing Officer to help us maintain our high standards. This is a full-time job with guaranteed hours of 30 hours per week.

 

This position involves the following tasks:

· Conduct market research to identify target customer demographics and industry trends.

· Compare prices of similar products sold by competitors

· Analyze customer feedback and behavior to refine marketing efforts and improve customer experience.

· Advise on product mix and pricing based on market research

· Plan and implement promotions on the product selection range

· Monitor, evaluate, and report on promotion performance and adjust strategies as necessary.

· Advise on selling and distribution channels

· Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image across all marketing channels.

· Other reasonable tasks required by management

 

To qualify for the job, you need to have:

  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing can replace the work experience requirement.  
  • You should be good at communicating.
  • You should have a can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure
  • You should also be an organized person with good time management skills
