Job Summary

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with company products and services, and supporting business growth through effective account management and client engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement client service policies, procedures and standards to ensure
    high-quality services are provided to students, parents, education providers and other
    clients.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and education-sector stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure appropriate educational support services are delivered.
  • Oversee client service operations and coordinate the handling of enquiries, service
    requests, feedback and complaints.
  • Monitor the quality and effectiveness of client services and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Liaise with students, parents, educational institutions and service partners to address complex client matters and maintain positive long-term relationships.
  • Manage and resolve escalated client complaints and service issues and ensure
    appropriate corrective actions and follow-up are undertaken.
  • Develop procedures for collecting, reviewing and responding to client feedback
    regarding educational support services.
  • Analyse client satisfaction, service performance and engagement data and prepare
    reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Coordinate with education consultants, administrative staff and other internal teams to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and delivered.
  • Establish service standards and monitor staff performance to ensure consistent and
    professional client service.
  • Provide guidance and training to client-facing staff regarding service standards,
    communication procedures and complaint resolution.
  • Maintain appropriate client relationship management systems and ensure client records and service documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing services and develop initiatives that strengthen client engagement and long-term relationships.
  • Ensure client service activities comply with organisational policies, privacy requirements and relevant regulatory requirements.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications,
    Education Management, or a related field.OR
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management, customer
    service management, account management, or a similar client-focused role.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients,
    educational institutions, service providers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in handling complex client enquiries, complaints, and service-
    related issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor service quality, analyse client feedback, and
    implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in supervising, guiding, or training client-facing staff to maintain
    consistent service standards.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple
    priorities and client matters effectively.
  • Ability to analyse client service and performance data and prepare reports and
    recommendations for management.
