Team Leadership
- Oversee daily operations and manage a team of drivers and logistics staff.

- Encourage a culture of safety and compliance among all team members.
- Resolve conflicts and address personnel issues promptly and effectively.
Operational Oversight
- Monitor transport schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory and logistics flow.
- Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize logistics software to track shipments and manage resources.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure all operations comply with local and national transport regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training and compliance documentation.
- Promote adherence to health and safety policies across the team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any safety-related incidents.
Communication and Reporting
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance metrics.

Compensation
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $30 to $34, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
