Truck Driver

Chhina Logistics Limited is seeking a reliable and motivated Truck Driver to join our company in the Auckland.

• Position: Truck Driver
• Hourly Rate: $30 - $35
• Minimum Hours: 30 per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan the delivery goods correctly so that they are delivered on time.
• Drive trucks on different routes to deliver goods.
• Supervise load and unload of products from the trucks.
• Transport all fragile and heavy items carefully.
• Maintain and update the record of all deliveries.
• Inspect trucks on a daily basis for cleanliness and good working conditions.
• Ensure to follow the traffic and driving rules.
• Collect delivery confirmation from the customers.
• Monitor and refuel oil in the truck as and when needed.
• Report if there are any defects in the truck or if it requires maintenance.
• Be health & safety conscious

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience or any Level 2 qualifications
• Hold a valid Class 5 or equivalent driver’s license
• Willling to travel accross NZ and stay away from home when required
• Pre-employment drug testing is required.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting, loading, and unloading items
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality service
