What we expect you to perform:
- Operate, maintain, and support internal web applications, including framework-based systems and AI-assisted solutions.;
- Monitor and maintain automated reporting systems, investigating and resolving errors and system issues as they arise;
- Manage and support API integrations with third-party platforms and systems;
- Diagnose and resolve network-related technical issues, escalating where appropriate;
- Procure, configure, maintain, and support basic IT infrastructure and hardware, including NAS devices and related equipment;
- Design, develop, and maintain database structures within Notion and other business applications;
- Support and maintain employee dashboards, ticketing systems, and other internal tools;
- Develop, manage, and enhance workflow automations and platform integrations to improve operational efficiency;
- Administer internal IT accounts, including user provisioning, permissions management, modifications, and account deactivation;
- Support information security practices, ensuring appropriate access controls and security measures are maintained;
- Coordinate and deliver IT onboarding for new employees, including equipment setup, account creation, system access, and onboarding checklists;
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and assist with the resolution of IT-related issues;
- Research, test, and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI tools, automation platforms, and other business solutions;
- Participate in vendor demonstrations and assessments of external technology solutions;
- Assist with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI and automation initiatives across the business;
- Other works as required.
