Location: East Tamaki, Auckland, NZ

Hours: 40 hours per week (Minimum 30 hours guaranteed)

 

We’re looking for a reliable Electronic Engineering Technician to tests of electronic systems, collects and analyses data, and assembles circuitry in support of our production line.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. preparing drawings, plans and diagrams for electronic engineering work
  2. developing, constructing and testing electronic equipment and associated circuitry in accordance with technical manuals and instructions of Electronics Engineers and Engineering Technologists
  3. performing tests, graphing results, preparing charts and tabulations
  4. estimating material costs and quantities
  5. evaluating performance of equipment
  6. inspecting designs and finished products for compliance with specifications, drawings, contracts and regulations
  7. installing, testing, repairing and modifying electronic equipment

 

Requirements

  • NZQF Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification in Electronic Engineering field, or at least 3 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and reliability.
  • Clean police record and can pass drug tests
