  • Position: Team Leader
  • Hourly Rate:$25-$27 per hour.
  • guaranteed Hours: 30 per week.
  • Maximum Hours: 55 per week.
  • Location: Tauranga, Kati-Kati, Te Puke, Edgecumbe, Opotiki. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of workers to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Allocate work as directed by the supervisor and monitor task progress.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and on-the-job instructions to team leaders.
  • Monitor team performance and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  • Ensure workers comply with the company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
  • Conduct daily pre-start briefings and promote safe work practices.
  • Assist with the induction and training of new team members.
  • Maintain attendence and task complrtion records as required.
  • Report hazards,incidents, equipment issues, and staffing concerns to the supervisor.
  • Promote teamwork, producitivity, and professional workplace behaviour at all times. 

Required Qualifications or Experience

Must pass drug and alcohal testing.
