About the Company
Victory Square Scaffolding Rental Limited is a newly incorporated company located in North Shore, Auckland. We specialize in construction services and machinery leasing. We are currently looking for a project coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position with an immediate start date.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • ·       Coordinate day-to-day project activities and assist the Project Manager with keeping projects on schedule.
  • ·       Communicate with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
  • ·       Organise project meetings and site meetings, and follow up on agreed actions.
  • ·       Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, contracts and records.
  • ·       Update project schedules, timelines, spreadsheets and progress information.
  • ·       Coordinate materials, supplier deliveries and subcontractor requirements.
  • ·       Prepare purchase orders, invoices and other project-related paperwork.
  • ·       Assist with project budgets, costs and expense tracking.
  • ·       Maintain health and safety and compliance documentation.
  • ·       Identify delays or project issues and report them to the Project Manager.
  • ·       Coordinate tender activities from receipt of tender documents through to submission.
  • ·       Prepare tender schedules, checklists and submission deadlines.
  • ·       Collect quotations, pricing and supporting information from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • ·       Coordinate tender information from relevant staff and external parties.
  • ·       Compile and check tender documents before submission.
  • ·       Maintain tender records and follow up on tender clarifications or outstanding information.
  • ·       Assist the Project Manager and management team with general project and tender administration.
  • ·       Other related tasks as required by the employer

  • Position Requirements:
  • ·       Level 4 or higher qualification in Construction, Business, or a related field, OR
  • ·       At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • ·       Good attention to detail
  • ·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ·       Able to work under pressure
  • ·       Reliable and hardworking
  • ·       Willing to work weekends if required
