We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and reliable unqualified teacher to join Nurture Early Learning Avondale.

This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and would like to be part of an experienced and supportive early childhood team. You do not need to be a qualified teacher, but we are looking for someone who is confident, caring, positive and willing to learn.

At Nurture, we place a strong emphasis on relationships, respectful teaching practices and creating beautiful, engaging environments where children have time and space to explore their own ideas. Our curriculum is inspired by Reggio Emilia, with a strong focus on inquiry, creativity, nature and the many different ways children communicate and learn.

You will work alongside our qualified teachers to support children throughout the day, participate in learning experiences, help maintain our environments and contribute positively to the wider teaching team.

Previous experience working with children or in an early childhood setting would be an advantage, but equally important to us is your attitude. We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, enjoys being part of a team and genuinely values children and their learning.

Nurture Early Learning is a family-owned early childhood organisation, and we invest strongly in our people, environments and professional development. This role offers the opportunity to learn from experienced teachers and develop your knowledge of high-quality early childhood practice.
