We are looking for 1 Class 5 driver with a minimum of 12 months’ relevant experience in transport or delivery operations to join our growing team in Auckland. Relevant experience may include transporting goods, equipment or personnel, or coordinating their collection and delivery. No minimum period of previous Class 5 driving experience is required.
This will be full-time employment for a minimum of 30 hours and maximum of 45 hours per week. 

Driving Truck & trailer – curtain sider
• Assisting with loading and unloading. Heavy lifting is involved.
• Maintain the truck in good condition. Doing pre and post job check of the vehicle.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery schedules are met.
• Assist in other warehouse duties if required.
• Floating run (nationwide delivery of goods / general freight). You may be required to travel out of Auckland for deliveries.
• Liaise with customers and dispatch to confirm freight requirements and coordinate collection, delivery and return-load schedules
• Assist the Director with planning vehicle and driver allocations, including floating and relief coverage for assigned services
• Coordinate servicing and maintenance of assigned vehicles and equipment, and follow up reported defects
• Maintain transport-operation records and prepare reports for the Director on completed work, delays, vehicle utilisation and service issues
